KRABI – On January 29, 2026, at 10:00 AM, a land title deed presentation ceremony was held at the Phanom Bencha Meeting Room, Krabi City Hall.

Mr. Chuan Phukaoluan, Honorary Chairman of the Sriphong Phukaoluan Foundation and Consultant to the Krabi Education Council, officially donated approximately 2 Rai of land to the Sri Sattha Foundation (for the Conservation of Southern Thai Arts). The donation aims to establish a learning center and an art gallery dedicated to the preservation of Southern Thai arts, religion, and culture.

The ceremony was witnessed by Mr. Angkool Sila-tewakul, Governor of Krabi Province. Master Chairat Danwiwattananon, Chairman and Founder of the Sri Sattha Foundation—located at the Krabi Dharma Center in Krabi Noi Sub-district—officially accepted the donation.

This significant contribution coincides with the 9th Anniversary of the Krabi Dharma Center, which recently celebrated the milestone with a merit-making ceremony on January 26, 2026. The Sri Sattha Foundation plans to utilize this land to develop a cultural hub and art gallery, ensuring that the rich heritage of Southern Thailand is passed down to future generations.
