From the inspiration of Father Sriphong, to building a strong and sustainable society.
Inspiration from a "Single Mat and Pillow"
The Story of Mr. Sriphong Phukaoluan
Sriphong Phukaoluan Foundation originated from the life of Mr. Sriphong Phukaoluan, a Chinese immigrant who arrived in Thailand empty-handed. Despite never having the opportunity to receive a formal education, his innate thirst for knowledge, keen powers of observation, and inquisitive nature allowed him to gather experience and build a stable status for his family. Most importantly, he provided his children and grandchildren with the educational opportunities he himself had never received.

Turning Point: The 2004 Tsunami Crisis
Following the devastating historic tsunami, the Foundation extended its operational scope to provide full-scale relief to disaster victims. While other agencies gradually withdrew from the area, the Foundation remained steadfast beside the community. We took 104 children from affected families into our care, providing them with a long-term rehabilitation program so they could eventually stand on their own feet.
Our operations were conducted with meticulous care; we conducted home visits for every child to truly understand their individual problems and needs. We ensured that they could remain with their families in familiar communities. Each child receives a monthly living allowance, school uniforms, lunch funds, and other essential support tailored to their needs.
Broad-Scale Social
Contribution
Beyond child sponsorship, the Foundation continuously engages in social support activities. This includes the "Baan Pun Sook" (House of Shared Happiness) project to repair and rebuild houses for impoverished families, as well as organizing educational and resource donation drives for schools and hospitals. We are deeply committed to building a stable society through the power of education and sustainable relief work.
We are dedicated to enhancing human potential through education, caring for the underprivileged and the elderly, and providing rapid assistance during natural disasters or pandemics. Our goal is to drive steady and sustainable community growth built upon the bedrock of giving and sharing.
